Kat Allen is a native of Stephen, Minnesota – a farm girl raised in western Marshall County. Her passion then and now is abstract art. She talks about her work and the support of the Northwest Minnesota Arts Council (NWMAC) – through the NWMAC Gallery and Shop in downtown East Grand Forks, MN.
