Mara Wittman, Executive Director of the Northwest Minnesota Arts Council (NWMAC), provides information concerning NWMAC services, funding, events and support for regional artists, groups, schools and others within multi-dimensions of the fine arts. The NWMAC serves the northwest Minnesota counties of Kittson, Roseau, Marshall, Pennington, Red Lake, Polk and Norman.
