Northwest Minnesota Arts Council (NWMAC) Executive Director Mara Wittman, discuses her recent trip to St. Paul, visiting with legislators in the Minnesota House and Senate as part of in “Advocacy Day” for the arts. She also reveals the names of regional artists who have won yearly awards for their work.
