Jim Jones is the Cultural Resources Director for the Minnesota Indian Affairs Council – based in Bemidji, MN. He recently spoke to students at Northland Community and Technical College/East Grand Forks Campus, concerning the history and value of signed treaties – and was the guest on the Pioneer 90.1 “Northland Spotlight”, aired on Monday, October 20, 2014.
