The Israeli music group “Baladino” is conducting school workshops and performing in public at Lincoln High School in Thief River Falls on Saturday, October 10th. Band member Yonnie Dror talks about the origin of the group, their music and why they came to northwest Minnesota.
The current mixed-media artwork display at the Northwest Minnesota Art Council’s (NWMAC) Gallery and Gift Shop in East Grand Forks, MN, features two best friends and artists. Janet Johnson of Malung, MN talks about her love of art, her work with painting and pottery and the current display at the NWMAC gallery.
The guest is Barb Geer of the Middle River (MN) Community Theater. Barb is directing a stage production called “Blithe Spirit” – a comic play by Noel Coward – in conjunction with this year’s “Goose Festival” in Middle River.
