Luverne Seifert is a co-founder of Sod House Theater. Sod House is touring to a number of communities in Minnesota this autumn with their production of “Arla Mae’s Booyah Wagon.” Through a grant from the Northwest Minnesota Arts Council, Luverne and his wife (a co-founder of the Sod House Theater group) are performing in Crookston, MN (Sept 24), Hallock, MN (Sept 25), and Stephen, MN (Sept 26)

Brianna Geer directs the on-stage performances of “The Outsider” in Middle River, during “the town’s annual “Goose Festival” where hundreds of people come to hunt goose and have family fun over seven days. Brianna is a music teacher in Karlstad, MN.

Dale Jacobson of Alvarado, MN taught poetry and writing skills at the University of North Dakota for multiple decades. And, in his retirement Dale is sharing his skills with others in northwest Minnesota – with the help of the Northwest Minnesota Arts Council. He has a rich background in expression through the written word.
