Fred was on the scene in the Twin Cities in 1970s and photographed such legends as Elton John, The Who, Leon Russell, John Mayall, the Faces, Chuck Berry and more. In part one, Fred talks about how the book came together, growing up and running wild in the Twin Cities in the 60s, traveling to Chicago to see Blues legends and how the camera became such an important part of his life. In part two, Fred discusses what life was like on the road with the Rolling Stones while in Denmark in 1972.
