
The annual International Woodcarvers will be getting together soon to exhibit, teach and share their craft at Lake Bronson, Minnesota. Mara Wittman, Executive Director of the Northwest Minnesota Arts Council, has the details!

Eryn Killough and her husband moved to Crookston, Minnesota five years ago from the east coast of the United States. She is a stay-at-home Mom who creates and produces custom jewelry – and with the help of the Northwest Minnesota Arts Council, Eryn is able to market and promote her works of art. She discusses her interest and skill in creating personal gems.

Barb Geer of Middle River, Minnesota is a Grandma and a music promoter, since her days growing up on the family farm near McIntosh, Minnesota. She sings, performs and teaches with a similar passion for decades to enhance and promote the cultural environment for citizens of Northwest Minnesota. She shares her stories of music and teaching!

Mara Wittman, Executive Director of the Northwest Minnesota Arts Council, discusses an upcoming Summer, Autumn and early Winter tour of art work throughout northwest Minnesota. The traveling exhibit consists of artworks – to include watercolors, photographs and other forms of art produced by regional artists. The Northwest Minnesota Arts Council serves seven counties in northwest Minnesota.
