Poet “Desdamona” will soon be sharing her expertise and poetry writing skills to the students of Roseau, MN High School. She incorporates effective communication techniques to bring poetry alive and she shares those details.

Mary Balstad of Bemidji, MN was born and raised in Fosston, MN and has produced a short film called “The Pear”, with funding from the NW Minnesota Arts Council. She shares her story on consolidating her message into a 2-minute film project. The film is being shown as part of the Fargo Film Festival at the Fargo Theater.
