Mary Balstad of Bemidji, MN was born and raised in Fosston, MN and has produced a short film called “The Pear”, with funding from the NW Minnesota Arts Council. She shares her story on consolidating her message into a 2-minute film project. The film is being shown as part of the Fargo Film Festival at the Fargo Theater.
