Mother and daughter duo Jane and Emma Anderson of Thief River Falls share details of an upcoming production of “Bye Bye Birdie” – as performed by the Thief River Falls Area Community Theater (TRFACT)! The Northwest Minnesota Arts Council is a major supporter of the TRFACT.
