George French – long-time head of the music and drama departments at the University of Minnesota/Crookston campus – talks about his involvement with the “Save the Carnegie” project in Crookston, MN. The former library is in transition from library to one of an arts and cultural center.
Ross Hire is a 35 year-plus DNR official in northwest Minnesota. He has always had and continues to maintain a love and respect for all aspects of nature and wildlife. Ross is also an artist, who paints the scenes that he sees on a daily basis.

Crookston, MN artist/painter Courtney Olson discusses her style, technique and love for painting scenes of nature and wildlife. Her work is currently on display at the NWMAC Gallery and Gift Shop in East Grand Forks, MN. The Gallery will be celebrating a 5th Anniversary with an open house on Saturday, November 19th at its East Grand Forks downtown location.
