Regional artist Alaina Clay Terwee of Hallock, MN (Kittson County) is organizing an art crawl/holiday lights event in Hallock (called ARTic Lights & Libations) on Saturday, Dec 16. The Arts Council will also have some of the art that was created for the CSA program (Community Supported Art) from the past for sale at this event. Alaina gives the details of the event, with many of the participating artists having received grants, awards, etc. from the NWMAC.
