Carl Unbehaun is joined by MN music legend Dale Menten to discuss Dale’s time as a member of one of the most successful Midwest pop groups of the mid 1960’s, the Gestures. Learn how four guys from the Mankato, MN area formed a band, paid some dues, and briefly caught a whiff of national exposure with their biggest single, ‘Run Run Run’, in 1964.
Glen Braget is joined by Al Neff from the Into the Music radio program to discuss the career of Bobby Vee as well as the recent project involving the digitization of Vee’s music archive. Of course, plenty of Bobby’s hits will be played throughout the program.
