On this edition of Scrapbook:Becker County, we discuss Minnesota’s Historic Northwest Consortium group with Amy Degerstrom of the Becker County Historical Society.

Scrapbook is a collaborative project with northwest Minnesota Historical Societies and historians to share audio histories of their counties and promote awareness of the many wonderful things their area of the state has to offer.

On our first edition of Scrapbook, we are getting to know Amy Degerstrom from the Becker County Historical Society as well as the history of Becker County Historical Society.

Experiences are shared by Jim and Jan Strandlie of the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico and their visiting of the ancient Mayan ruins of cities, which prospered thousands of years ago.
