Scott Cameron’s professional life in law and banking has taken him all around the world. Now his poetry is bringing him back home. Scott Cameron was born and raised in Red Lake Falls, and graduated from Lafayette High School in 1982. Northwest Regional Library is hosting Cameron’s book tour March 5-8. The poet will read from his new book “In Absentia.” The book is a collection of poems dealing with themes of mortality, the natural world, brotherhood, the senses, time, love, nightfall, and displacement.
