Vi Barr has for years experimented with watercolor, oils, acrylics, and china painting. She has also taught violin, voice, and piano.

Glenn draws the nature around him. Glenn started drawing a deer with the help of his uncle. Over the years he has drawn series of mountain men, his family, the outer banks and nature wherever he finds it. He works with both black and white and colored pencils.
