Dave will be perform on Tuesday, July 25th – 7:00pm at the North Dakota Museum of Art in Grand Forks, ND – the third performance in their summer series of live, outdoor music.

Misti Koop (Cope) is President of the Board of the Summer Arts Stages and Safari in East Grand Forks, MN. The troupe produces and directs children’s musical theater in northwest Minnesota. “Stages” is a 2 week theater camp in East Grand Forks. “Safari” is a traveling children’s theater experience. Misti shares details of her work with the organization and she is a performer herself, currently working in the “Medora Musical”, live on stage productions in Medora, ND.
NDMOA Deputy Director Matthew Wallace talks about the upcoming performance of Erik Koskinen (blend of American folk, country, rock-n-roll, and blues) of Minneapolis, MN. Erik and his band will be performing on Tuesday, July 18th at 7:00pm at the North Dakota Museum of Art (NDMOA) in Grand Forks, ND – the second in a summer series of live, outdoor music at the NDMOA (which serves northwest Minnesota and North Dakota).
Amanda Shultz of McIntosh, MN received a grant from the NWMAC to purchase an intermediate flute. She has been performing in the region with the District 9 Legion Band, with performances on July 14th and 15th in Mahnomen, MN as that northwest Minnesota town hosts the Minnesota American Legion’s state convention. Amanda also discusses the importance of music in the schools, child development through music and the financial support that the NWMAC provides to individuals and schools in the music field.
