Alvarado, MN resident Therese Jacobson shares her life story within the world of art and her role as coordinator with the Northwest Minnesota Arts Council (NWMAC) – to include coordination of the NWMAC “Traveling Art Exhibit”, a current exhibition of photography at the NWMAC Gallery in East Grand Forks, MN and an upcoming “Art & Wine Walk” in downtown East Grand Forks (MN) – Grand Forks (ND).
Ron West interviewed a cast member of “You Have the Right to Remain Dead”, and upcoming performance of the Greater Grand Forks Community Theater – at the Fire Hall Theater in downtown Grand Forks. The opening performance is this Thursday, September 18th at 7:30 pm.
• A “Rock the Streets” dance will be held this Friday, September 12th at the Town Square in downtown Grand Forks. The event is free and open to public and starts at 8pm. The event is sponsored by JLG Architects.
• A “Mother Goose Storybook Theater” will be held on Saturday, September 13th at the Fire Hall Theater in downtown Grand Forks. Space is limited to 14 children, age’s four to six. It begins Saturday afternoon at 2pm.
• The Greater Grand Forks Community Theater presents “You Have the Right to Remain Dead” a murder mystery. Performances start on Thursday, September 18th at 7:30pm at the Fire Hall Theater in downtown Grand Forks.
• The “Alley Fair” is being held from 11am to 7pm in downtown Fargo, next Saturday, September 20th, with interactive art, live demonstrations and food and live music performances.
