Minnesota Music Memories – Thursdays at 8 PM

by GlenBraget on February 9, 2015

Join Carl Unbehaun and Glen Braget as they present the many musical nuggets and treasures from the great state of Minnesota and Upper Midwest that were recorded in the 1950’s, 60’s & 70’s.

It’s a mixed bag, anything goes format for this edition of Minnesota Music Memories. On the first half of the show, Glen Braget spins a few lost tracks from the likes of the C.A. Quintet, The Litter, Fragile Zookeeper, Michael Yonkers and the Scotsmen. On the second half of the program, Carl Unbehaun shares with the listener his picks which include acts such as Gypsy, the Castaways, T.C. Atlantic, Gregory Dee & the Avanties, and the Unbelievable Uglies.

I’m one of the writers of 20 Years Ago in Speedy’s Kitchen. The correct writers were myself, Gary Paulak, Pete Steinberg and Dale Menten. I’m enjoying your shows. Keep up the good work!
