Bemidji Author Will Weaver visits Northland

Bemidji, MN author Will Weaver wants to encourage more men and boys to read. The classic Winchester rifle on the cover of his new memoir, “The Last Hunter: An American Family Album,” may help him hit his target. Weaver discussed the art of the memoir and the future of publishing with Pioneer 90.1′s Mark Johnson at an appearance at Northland College in Thief River Falls. “Write On,” our series of conversations with Minnesota authors, is supported by the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
